Protection of Personal Information (POPi)

Candidate:
By submitting your Curriculum Vitae to TrueNorth Recruitment, you give consent for TrueNorth Recruitment to use your personal information which will be stored on TrueNorth Recruitment’s database. TrueNorth Recruitment will require written notification requesting the Curriculum Vitae to be deleted from the database. Information, in the form of a Curriculum Vitae, will be forwarded to our Client on email or in the form of a hard copy should the Candidate’s Curriculum Vitae suit our Client’s job specification. An MIE form needs to be completed and signed by the Candidate which will be used for personal credential verification.

Clients processing Candidate’s information other than for a respective job is prohibited. The Client will be responsible and liable from the time that the information is processed to the time of its deletion. The Client must secure the integrity and confidentiality of personal information in its possession by taking appropriate reasonable and technical measures to prevent loss, damage and unlawful access.
